The Service is provided for internal governance and compliance purposes only. You must not use the Service to provide governance advice to third parties unless separately authorised by PPCS in writing.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. PPCS takes no responsibility for governance decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate register entries.
We process your firm's data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not sell your data. Anonymised, aggregated statistics may be used to improve the Service.
Policies generated by the AI Policy Generator are based on information you provide. They are a starting point for governance documentation, not legal advice. You should review and adapt policies to your firm's specific circumstances before adopting them.
AIGAS™ certification is a separate process managed by PPCS. Use of the PPCS AI Register does not automatically confer AIGAS™ certification status.
The Service, including all software, content, and branding, is owned by PPCS Ltd. AIGAS™ is a trademark of PPCS Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPCS accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including any regulatory or professional consequences arising from governance documentation produced using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
